요즘 또 잠깐 쉼이 필요하다는 생각이 들었어요. 그런 하루 있잖아요…
그래서 드디어 서울에 있는 코리코 카페, 포근한 지브리 감성 카페에 발을 들였는데, 타이밍이 정말 딱 좋았어요.
가는 길부터 이미 분위기가 세팅돼 있었죠 — 늦가을 바람에 날리는 낙엽, 쌀쌀하고 바람 부는 날씨지만 왠지 쓸쓸하면서도 감성적인 느낌이었어요. 길가 카페와 음식점은 벌써 크리스마스 장식으로 꾸며져 있었고, 관광객들은 여기저기서 사진을 찍고 있었어요.
완벽하게 늦가을과 초겨울 크리스마스 분위기가 섞인 느낌이었어요. 거리 양쪽에 늘어선 나무, 땅에 떨어진 황금빛과 주황색 낙엽, 상쾌한 공기 속에 계절의 쓸쓸함까지 — 정말 작은 계절 속 도피가 필요했던 순간이었죠.
코리코 카페 안으로 들어서면, 지브리에서 영감을 받은 소품과 인테리어가 마법 같은 공간으로 감싸주는 느낌이에요. 따뜻한 음료를 마시며 창밖을 바라보니, 포근한 늦가을~초겨울 분위기 속에서 마음이 느슨해지는 기분이었어요.
정말 완벽한 작은 휴식 — 코리코 카페에서의 작은 도피 덕분에 바쁜 세상을 잠시 잊을 수 있었어요. 같이 잠깐의 쉼, 느껴볼래요…
Lately, I felt like I needed a quick escape (again). You know, one of those days…
So I finally stepped into Koriko Cafe, a cozy Ghibli-themed café in Seoul, and the timing couldn’t have been better.
Even the walk there set the mood — late autumn leaves swirling in the wind, a chilly, windy day that felt both gloomy and aesthetic.
Along the way, cafes and restaurants were already decorated for Christmas, and tourists were snapping photos here and there.
It felt like the perfect blend of late autumn and early Christmas vibes. Trees lining the streets, gold and orange leaves on the ground, the crisp air carrying that seasonal melancholy — it was exactly the little seasonal escape I needed.
Inside Koriko Cafe, the Ghibli-inspired decor wrapped me in a bubble of magic. Sitting there with a warm drink, I could just watch the world outside and soak in the cozy, late autumn–early Christmas atmosphere.
