봄이 되면 특히
섬유유연제 같은 강한 향이
갑자기 부담스럽게 느껴질 수 있어요.

 

이건 향에 대한 민감도가
계절에 따라 달라지기 때문이에요.

 

겨울에는
같은 실내 공기가 계속 순환하면서
향이 배경처럼 느껴져요.

 

그런데 봄이 되면
공기가 바뀌고
온도가 올라가면서
향이 더 잘 퍼지고 더 또렷하게 느껴져요.

 

그래서 옷에 남아 있는 향이나
실내에 머무는 향이
전보다 더 강하게 느껴질 수 있어요.

 

저도 그 변화를 느꼈어요.

instead of heavily fragranced.

 

In spring, strong scents like fabric softener

can suddenly feel too much.

 

This happens because

scent sensitivity changes with the season.

 

In winter, indoor air stays the same,

so scents become part of the background.

 

But in spring,

as fresh air comes in and temperatures rise,

scents travel more easily and stand out more.

 

That’s why lingering fragrance on clothes

or in the room can feel stronger than before.

 

I noticed this recently.

 

I bought a new fabric softener,

and the scent stayed on my clothes

long after washing.

 

I used to like that because it felt clean.

 

But this time, it felt too strong.

I even had a headache

and couldn’t tolerate the smell.

 

Nothing was wrong with the product.

My definition of “clean” just changed.

 

Now I prefer lighter or almost unscented.
