오늘 내 주말 바구니엔?

 

빨래.

햇살 냄새 가득한 면 셔츠와 양말들.
바짝 마른 이불, 뽀송하고 따뜻해요.

 

빨래는 조금만 미뤄도 금방 쌓이잖아요.
두 개였던 바구니가 어느새 세 개.

널다 보면 수건 하나는 떨어지고,
셔츠는 자기들끼리 감겨 있고,
양말은 꼭 하나씩 사라져요.

 

에어컨보단 창문 열고 자연 바람이 좋아요.
더위 속에서도 바람이 드는 그 느낌.

 

널면서 땀,
개면서 땀,
정리하면서도 또 땀.

 

그래도 전 햇살 아래 널기를 좋아해요.
뜨거운 공기 사이로 스치는 바람,
천천히 마르는 옷을 기다리는 그 시간.

 

요즘 같은 더위엔 금방 마르거든요.

콤부차 한 잔 들고,
이 더위 속에 작지만 확실한 시원함이에요.

 

이게 바로 저의 주말 루틴.
단순하고 느리게 흘러가는 시간.

이게 바로 제 주말 감성이에요.

What’s in my weekend basket today?

 

Laundry.

Cotton shirts and socks that smell like sunshine.

Bedsheets—crisp and warm from the sun.

 

But if you don’t wash quick, piles grow fast.

Two baskets turn into three before you know it.

And while you're at it—
a towel falls, a shirt clings to itself,
and there's always one sock missing.

 

Like how I prefer fresh air over aircon,
I choose open windows, even with the heat.

 

Sweat from hanging clothes.
Sweat from folding.
Sweat from putting them away.

 

But I still prefer hanging laundry under the sun.
Feeling the heat, feeling the breeze,
watching shadows shift as the clothes sway.

 

They dry fast in this heat.

A glass of kombucha in hand—
a simple relief in this heat.

 

Such is my weekend routine.
So simple and slow.

It’s a vibe—my weekend vibe.
